I am not your sporty person who just thrives from going to the gym, running a 30km and all the rest.
But I do engage in working out - although I do feel at times as though the gods of workout are against me.
I'll have a good thing going then I get clapped with serious case of the flu or some allergy that will give me an infection - then the workouts get interrupted!
Grrrr.... aren't workouts supposed to work against this? I am convinced the gods of exercise have a ball making this hard on me... I need to get this habit right... c'mon!
